ClimaSearch was built with a simple idea: nobody should ever leave the house underdressed or overdressed. We combine real-time weather data with practical clothing advice to help you dress right for every day.
ClimaSearch is a free, web-based weather and outfit recommendation tool. You enter any city, town, or postcode, and we instantly show you the live temperature, humidity, wind speed, and "feels like" conditions — then suggest exactly what to wear based on that data.
Unlike a basic weather app, ClimaSearch translates weather into actionable outfit advice, covering everything from extreme cold gear (balaclava, snow boots, down parka) to hot weather essentials (tank tops, flip-flops, sun hats).
We believe useful tools should be free, fast, and respectful of users' time and data. ClimaSearch is ad-supported to keep it free for everyone. We aim to stay independent, lightweight, and focused on doing one thing exceptionally well.

ClimaSearch is built with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no frameworks, no bloat. Weather data is powered by WeatherAPI.com. Accounts use SHA-256 hashing via the Web Crypto API. All user data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage.

ClimaSearch ("we", "us", "our") is a free weather and outfit recommendation web application operated by John Adetunji, based in the United Kingdom. Our website is accessible at climasearch.co.uk.
ClimaSearch collects minimal data. Here is exactly what is stored:
localStorage. This data never leaves your device.ClimaSearch does not use tracking cookies. We use your browser's localStorage to save your session and app progress on your own device. This data does not leave your device and is not accessible to us.
Google AdSense, which powers advertisements on this site, may set cookies to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ad Settings.

All account and progress data is stored in your browser's localStorage. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser storage for climasearch.co.uk. Signing out removes the session from localStorage. There is no server-side database storing your personal information.

Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 via the browser's Web Crypto API before storage. Plain-text passwords are never stored anywhere. We recommend using a unique password for your ClimaSearch account.
